Mit dem Simulator hat jeder im Kurs die Chance bei jedem Fall zu schallen , nach jedem Befund zu fragen und vor allem systematisch zu untersuchen. Die F\u00e4lle sind sehr interessant und aus dem Alltag\u2026 alle die Notf\u00e4lle werden abgedeckt. Ich habe schon vor, den speziellen Darmsono.- Kurs da auch zu machen. Und ich darf nat\u00fcrlich organisatorische Vorbereitung und die Verpflegung nicht vergessen.
